Front Office Manager
Location: Grand Garden, Banchang
Job title: Front Office Manager
Description: Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for guests. Dealing with guests. Arranging staff scheduling. Acting as liaison between General Manager and staff.
Qualifications: Work experience with similar position in serviced apartment or 4 – 5 star hotel for minimum of 3 years, for
who hold the position as EAM/Operations Director over 2 years will be considered as well
- Native Mandarin speaking, fluent English speaking
- Good in Leadership, solving problem, and communication skills
- Pre-opening experience preferred

Description: assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift. Night Auditor responsibilities include checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations. The Night Auditor also reconciles all accounts, processes invoices and prepares paychecks.

Description: Primarily responsible to Greet and welcome all guest to the hotel and relieve guests of their luggage on arrival.
